Yes, you can cancel your order, but this has to be done at least 24 hours prior to the shipment date. However, you cannot cancel any garlands or wreaths.
Yes, you can add new items to your order. However, you cannot remove those already selected. If you’d like to make a change, please make sure to contact your sales representative 2 hours before your chosen shipping method leaves for the day.
No, we are open to anyone that would like to purchase from us. However, a sellers permit is required if you do not want to be taxed.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Everyone is welcome to stop by and purchase flowers from us. Be aware that many times some product found in our warehouse may already be presold and not available for purchase. We will let you know about this when you check out.
No, we do not provide flower arrangements.
We do not provide delivery services, but you are more than welcome to use one of the many carriers we work with, or you can personally come pick up the flowers at our warehouse.
If you have received damaged merchandise you may be able to receive credit for the product. You must call CamFlor, Inc. within 1 working day of arrival and notify a sales representative. Please have the invoice ready when you call. You may also be asked to email photos of the damaged product and be requested to ship the merchandise back. If you do not notify us within one working day or take more than five days to do what was previously stated, we may not be able to provide you with credit.
We currently do not provide refunds, but we do issue credits that can be used for future purchases.
We do inventory every other Thursday, which is why we close earlier on those days. We encourage you to give us a call beforehand to make sure we are still open.
