Yes, you can add new items to your order. However, you cannot remove those already selected. If you’d like to make a change, please make sure to contact your sales representative 2 hours before your chosen shipping method leaves for the day.
If you live in the area, you are welcome to stop by and purchase flowers from us. Be aware that many times some product found in our warehouse may already be presold and not available for purchase. We will let you know about this when you check out.
If you have received damaged merchandise you may be able to receive credit for the product. You must call CamFlor, Inc. within 1 working day of arrival and notify a sales representative. Please have the invoice ready when you call. You may also be asked to email photos of the damaged product and be requested to ship the merchandise back. If you do not notify us within one working day or take more than five days to do what was previously stated, we may not be able to provide you with credit.
